Animal Art Series - Watercolours

Original hand painted art collection forms the Animal Art Series. Each piece features an animal that you’d meet at the SPCA with decorative native New Zealand greenery including kawakawa, ferns and kowhai.

The Animal Art Series is a set of seven original watercolour animals, chosen to celebrate our animal friends and SPCA Tauranga’s 50 years of animal rescue work in the community.

Proceeds from the Animal Art Series are donated to the SPCA, for the love of animals. Take a look at more of the set, view the fine art prints, posters and gift cards. Each animal is paired with a matching quote to capture a few of the heartfelt moments we share with our furry and feathered friends.

ARTWORK MATERIALS, OPTIONS & DIMENSIONS:

Hand painted in watercolour with a touch of gouache and ink pen on heavy off white, slightly cream coloured watercolour paper.

Image size: 270 w x 390 h.

Frame size: 442 w x 573 h x 31 d. Custom framed in a natural 19mm slim box style, with acid free off-white mat behind conservation 99% UV glass. Frames are custom made locally in Tauranga, NZ from renewable plantation-grown timber.
